YouTube Videos Getting Crossed?

I have no idea how this is happening, but when I add a couple of different videos to the right sidebar of my site

they both appear fine in Google Chrome, however when I open the same page in FF then for some reason both videos are now the SAME video.

Any ideas as to what’s happening. I’ve removed all cache including dumping all the W3 Cache files but still no dice.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
