Add a table of sponsors that is not static

I’m looking for a way to add a list of sponsors to my website that I can edit and will be updatable. I don’t want to use a Page, and don’t want the list to appear in a list of posts. Custom posts seems to be the answer, but I’ve got two major problems:
1. How do I add custom fields to my list so that I can drop in my sponsors’ websites, addresses, etc.
2. How do I display the list of sponsors in my website theme. I’m using twentyeleven if that makes a difference.
