Adding & Placing new Sidebar Area

  • Hello,
    I am using a WordPress theme with structure like this – https://i42.tinypic.com/2ia5qw2.png
    I want to create and place a new sidebar on the area shaded blue in the pic; The blue area by default doesn’t have anything there
    How can I place a new sidebar there????
    Somebody please help
