[Plugin: Organize Series] Settings view empty

Hi,
I just installed Organize Series on my blog. It works well to create series and the display is correct on every post of the series.
The problem is that the Settings view is empty. There are no options and another weird thing is that the top bar is not displayed either.
Is there a workaround for this problem ?
