[Plugin: Contact Form 7] sends duplicate emails

My Contact From 7 forms are sending two emails to the destination address. There is only one destination email entered in the “To:” field, and there are no “Additional headers:” entered. I’ve never seen this happen before. I have also verified that there is not an internal re-router in the company email system that might be forwarding the incoming message to the same mailbox. It appears to be occurring in Contact Form 7.
