How to change text size

  • PLEASE HELP!!!
    My site is marysheffield.com

    As you can see everything that I types is showing up really small! I was messing aroung with the editor and change one of the numbers but I have no idea which one it was. I was told to go into the style.ss and make changes but I have no idea how to do this I am completely new to this and need further instructions.
    I created another login so if someone is so kind they can fix it for me:) I will change the password back once its fixed.
