This is exactly the functionality I was looking for. Thank you. Now I can allow users to upload their own files and view ONLY their files. All I have to do now is style it a bit since it looks kind of plain, although that could just be the Thesis theme stripping out the css as it does with forms and buttons.

One thing I did notice though, is when I upload a file, then hit refresh in my browser, it re-uploads the same file. (at least using Chrome 18.0.1025.152)

    Hi,

thanks for comments, yeap I figured this, I am working on new version and this issue will be fixed definitely. Also design will be more attractive in version.

    Keep liking us.

    Cheers.

    HI there,
Don’t know if this issue is related or not, but I am having a problem with deleting files from the front end.
After clicking on the “x” to delete a file, I get redirected to “https://…/uploads/?fid=8”, which is a blank page. I then hit “back” and the file shows as still being preset. It also has not been deleted from the “server”.
This is a development site on a localhost, so not sure if this is the issue or something else? I am able to upload files with no problem.

    Your help would be appreciated.

    Hi @pixie2012

Well it is due to localhost, sometimes script won’t work on localhost. It will work fine on live servers.

    regards,
