W3 Total Cache Error: advanced-cache.php

Hi,

I have the below message after installing the plugin.

Page caching is not available: /home/symphony/public_html/lovequotes/wp-content/advanced-cache.php is not installed. Either the /home/symphony/public_html/lovequotes/wp-content directory is not write-able or another caching plugin installed. This error message will automatically disappear once the change is successfully made.

I manually copied the files from W3’s wp-content folder but then it gave me the error below:

W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home/symphony/public_html/lovequotes/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.

Anyone able to help?
