List bullets?

Hi,
I’ve succesfully installed the MinimaPlus theme, but I found a complication: I wanted to add a button straight to the admin/register panel, so I searched the code in my old theme. But, everytime I look at my page there is a dot before my adminpanel link, however I did not add something like a list tag to my code… Does anyone know something to fix this? My code for sofar:
