How to change hover text in Recent Posts widgets

  • Hi,

    I would like to change the default hover text which is title name to something else in the recent posts widget on https://www.indiapricepoint.com

    By default when you take mouse over the post links in recent posts widget wordpress displays the post title as hover text whereas I want to change it to something else.

    Please guide how I can do that.
