Please suggest me a plugin to create wordpress hosting

I want to create a paid webhosting using wordpress multisite. I want to add different types of acccounts with different features (an amount of blogs, an available space and so on).

People will be able to register a paid account and create blogs on subdomains.

I also want to add various payment options (discounts, gift coupons, a possibility to pay for month, several months, year at once).

Please suggest me a wordpress plugin which has at least some of these features. Any help is very appreciated. Thanks.
