Upgrade to WordPress 3.3.2 didn't work

That sounds like a server/DNS issue – not a WordPress one. Try contacting your hosts about it.

I suggest a look in the DNS because it is not the fault of wordpress ??

Appears to be working now, I am inclined to agree with esmi and DavidHass on this one.

mine was a faulty plug in update… trying to figure out which one now..

“WassUp” is the plug in… or at least one of them… that caused the site to crash

How did you figure out which plug in. I am new to WordPress. Decided I would update versions and now my site is completely down.

go into your plug ins and disable ALL of them. slowly start enabling them again. 1 or 2 at a time will be the easiest…

WassUp and Jetpack were the ones that caused mine to go down. Even after enabling (Jetpack) would still work, but once i configured it it start to cause the problems

an easy way to do this is to have two tabs over and after enabling a couple go into the other tab and try refreshing it. best of luck… Blue host is the ones that helped me through this btw

Sadly I am VERY new to WordPress. When I go to the login screen, I can not even loging.

try contacting your host and see if they have a support… i’ll keep digging around tho

If you can’t login, then try clicking on “Forgot password?”. This will then ask for your username or email address.

if you set up the WordPress site, then it will send an email to the email address you provided during setup.

If a hosting provider did it, then they would have had to use an email of some sort to set it up, so speak to them.

Hello I’m trying to do an export of garyengbergoutdoors.com because I’m building an updated subdomain. The current site is running very old WP version 2.1, and when I try to export, I get the following error.

No webpage was found for the web address: https://www.garyengbergoutdoors.com/blog/wp-admin/export.php?author=all&submit=Download+Export+File+%C2%BB&download=true
Error 6 (net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND): The file or directory could not be found.

I know I could try doing an update before doing the export, but I am concerned it will not work correctly and I don’t want to have the live site not functioning correctly.
