    I am using the latest version of eShop.

    Orders processed at the clients website go to Auth.net are approved, but in eShop the orders go straight to “failed” status. The money shows in client’s account and as completed at Auth.net.

    I have seen other posts and they mentioned MD5 Hashes or fsockopen() and I have addressed both of these.

    It Test Mode, all orders completed “successfully.”

  • Sounds like Auth.net cannot contact eShop due to a misconfiguration in your gateway settings at Auth.net or within eShop.

    Interesting, thanks. Will look into it and post anything that results. Maybe it could help others in the future.

    is there ever a way to tell why the orders failed? I see some failed orders and I don’t know why. Is that because something in the program isnt working or because the user didnt complete the purchase?

    I have other orders that are pending, so its not all orders for me.
