[Plugin: eShop] Orders Process Correctly but Go to Failed Status

I am using the latest version of eShop.
Orders processed at the clients website go to Auth.net are approved, but in eShop the orders go straight to “failed” status. The money shows in client’s account and as completed at Auth.net.
I have seen other posts and they mentioned MD5 Hashes or fsockopen() and I have addressed both of these.
It Test Mode, all orders completed “successfully.”
