[Plugin: ShortCode – Get Child List] Can I limit the children?

I’m wondering if this plugin can do the following:
1. display only the immediate children (1 level only) of that page.
2. display them in Menu order (not alpha, ascending or descending).

Example. If my my page is “Food” and I want only to have a list of “Fruit, Vegetables, Grain” and not “mangoes, bananas” my links should view like this:

• Fruit
• Vegetables
• Grain

not

• Fruit

• bananas
• mangoes

• Grain
• Vegetables
