[Plugin: Edit Flow] Basic User Guide

    Hello all,
    Sorry if this is a dumb question but I have just downloaded EditFlow and it looks like its just the thing I need for an assignment I am doing (final year degree) only problem is, I cant get my head around it.
    Can someone please point me towards a simple “get starte” user guide as I do not know where to start..
