[Plugin: Related Posts for WordPress] Limit amount of posts shown

    I really like this plugin. I never thought using custom related posts would be much better than using automatically generated related posts, but I am really surprised by the ease of use of a plugin like this! So thanks for developing it!

    I have a question, though. How can I limit the amount of posts that is displayed in one list? I would like to show a maximum of 5 posts, in a randomised order, so the posts displayed would or could be different when you reload the page.

    How would I do something like this? Perhaps it’s something that could be added to the Settings in a future update?

    Great plugin, would put it over the top with this feature. How might I get that implemented?

    There are great reasons for this. 1 is the example above, random posts and say your page contains 10 but is set to only show 4, it would add a lot of variety each time you visit.

    And another thing, if they’re ordered by date or some other criteria, you can keep adding to your posts (which is a very natural thing to do) and not have to go in and delete the last 4 or whatever.

    I too need to be able to set a limit on how many related posts show up under a post.
