    We have several bbPress and BuddyPress running successfully with WordPress and TheCartPress.
    And we have not detected among our users this problem.

    Can you give us some clue to help solve your issue?
    (try in debug mode to see warnings, errors, etc)

    bbPress is an important tool for our TheCartPress projects as well and should work for you too.
