Menus option missing from Appearance submenu in WordPress

  • Hi,

    I am not sure at what point this happened but my Menus option has now gone missing from the Appearance parent menu.

    Is there a way this option could have become unregistered?

    Things I have done…

    1. Deactivated plugins one by one – no results.
    2. Removed all my functions from functions.php
    3. Switched to another theme.

    Anything else I could try?
