• Hi

I’m looking for a way to keep at least some of the content in especially sidebar “collapsible”. This feature is made available in Drupal in terms of a module “collapsiblock” & has the effect as shown on this site: https://www.orbituganda.com. Some of the sidebar or other blocks (like footer) can be made collapsible so they hide their content by default, but expand on-click.

Some of the content in the widgets area is for example too long. If only the titles could appear by default, but the rest through clicking to open a collapsed “block”, that would be great.

Using search, I think i could only find plugins that collapse whole pages, etc & the search did not yield much. May be other terminology is used.

So is there such a solution in WordPress? I’m much more conversant with Drupal & with it, the available module(s), can collapse many, though I know some themes are not collapsible.

    Thank you in advance.

I’m new to WordPress … & quite confused.
There’s been no response for some LEGITIMATE reason:

    • It could be no one has had time to respond
    • or it could simply be that there is no such a solution to what I’m asking for.

I do not mean to “bump” & so please do not consider this as such. I just want to know if there is no solution & then I will simply move on to a very different thing. My trial with the search function did not yield useful results.

    Kind regards
