Server error

    Hello

    I’m having a serious issue. I copied/pasted all the codes from my site’s parent theme’s functions.php and into my child theme’s functions.php.

    And now, when I try to enter the site it keeps saying “Server issue”. I can’t enter the admin login page either.

    What can I do? I don’t want to loose the codes I have on the my child theme’s style.css.

  • If it’s a 500 error, you could have a problem with your htaccess file.

    Try renaming functions.php to something else, like bak.functions.php and see if the error persists.

    Then, if does go away, name the file back to functions.php and comment out all the lines of code. Then, one by one, uncomment the code so you can see what piece of code is actually causing the issue.

    It is a 500 (Internal Server Error).

    I can’t access that page.
