Changed permalinks by mistake

Hi,
I was publishing a new post when I noticed the permalink was weird and different than usual (domain/category/post), I changed it then to see what was the problem and sudenly I realized all links were changed.
I guess it’s going to have a negative effect on my ranking too. Is there any way I can change the permalinks as they were before?
