How to move blog directory

My current blog is in https://www.mysite.com/test and I want to place it in the root directory, https://www.mysite.com . Before I make the move, however, I want to check if there are any specific directions or steps I need to take so I don’t have any problems. From what I’ve seen, I should change the WordPress URI and Blog address under Options in the admin interface and then move all the contents of my test directory into the root folder. Is this correct? Any suggestions are appreciated! Thanks!
