[Plugin: Google Analytics for WordPress] Bug causes relative links to become absolute

I use Markdown and wanted to use the Footnotify extension to enhance footnotes. However, Footnotify only works if footnote links are relative, and something in Google Analytics for WordPress causes this no longer to be the case (this was confirmed by disabling and enabling combinations of plugins to see what broke Footnotify and what did not).

I like the plugin so I hope this bug is fixed, since I would like to go back to using it! Thanks in advance.
