  • Same problem here.
The form sends well using mail.php or SMTP if the file upload field is not used. If it is used the form gives the error and doesn’t send.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Identified the problem.
It’s a permissions issue in the /uploads folder within the plugin. The plugin needs to copy the “attached file” to year and month sub-directories (/uploads/2012/06/ etc). If your permissions are not set so that new sub-directories can be created then it will fall over.

I have already set the permission of uploads into 755 but still finding the same problem. any solution?
