[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Widget thumb padding

I’m trying to customize the layout of the sidebar widget. But I can’t change the padding of the thumbnails.
Ive changed the css but without any result. I added rounded corners but it somehow ignores margin and padding values.
Please, can anyone give me some clarity of this?
