Any form plugins that save completed info?

We were sad to learn that what seems to be the most recommended form plugin for WordPress, Gravity Forms, can’t set the cookies to save info. (https://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/does-gravity-save-completed-pages).
Are there any form plugins that do?
