[Plugin: WordPress File Monitor Plus] Errors when performing a scan

I just updated the plugin. I then edited a file to test the plugin so I ran a scan. It worked because it sent me the email notification saying that “X” file was changed although it wont let me clear the notification. It just shows up as blank (see image):

Also this is the error code that comes up when I do a scan:
