• Awesome plugin!
Helped me to get around a few features that the education server (where my site is hosted) does not allow. Mainly using the media gallery in wordpress to upload images – I have to do everything via FTP. So many cool native features of WP themes do not work for me.

However, I have noticed other sliders that resize the images when the web page is loaded on different sized resolutions. Is that possible with this slider plugin. I attempted to do it manually by applying css to the img tag (img {max-width: 100%;} ) but this doesn’t seem to work at all – not surprisingly!

It’s just that I can optimise the slider for only one screen resolution instead of targeting multiple popular screen resolutions.

    Thanks

You do not need to resize the images but the nivoSlider DIV element. Try width:100%. I did not test it. Maybe we need some JQuery in the plugin to adjust the height.

    Great solution!
    Just one small problem:

I implemented your suggestion bit it does not resize the images – obviously it resizes the div. This means that some elements of the photos are cropped. Is there a way to resize the images dynamically as well??

    Thanks

Don’t know. Find it out and tell us.
I did not use the plugin with TwentyTwelve or another scaling theme so far.

Cool, time is the issue…..not enough of it
But I’ll keep you posted nontheless.
