conditional tags to popular Archives page only?

  • hello everyone,

    I am stuck on this issue. I am using conditional tags along with the “widget Logic” plugin. This plugin is very straight forward, but it the only way to get widgets onto this page is if I apply them to the entire page.

    Now I don;t want to do this but here are the different tags I have tried.

    is_page(‘Archieves’) – which is what I named the page
    is_page(‘?page_id=1607’) -this gives me back a weird error
    is_page_template(‘page-template-popular.php’) – this works for my other page templates but not for this one, gives me some sort of error
