Got my pages all mixed up

I presume I’m in version 3.3.2 – how do you tell?

I got to https://mervbartist.wordpress.com/ and it lists an abbreviation of a blog article then immediately under it the article itself?

Not sure what is wrong here – I’m new to all this.
