Plugin trouble (yawn….I hear you say)

    Hi Guys,

    I’m sure this will bore you to tears but I’m having trouble installing some simple plugins for a WordPress build I’ve done. It’s only my second so I’m a total noob. All I want to do is activate one of the twitter feed and tag clouds plugins. I’ve activated them but they are not showing. As fas as I’m aware I haven’t removed any important code from the WordPress files. Can anyone help?

  • go in widget option chack twitter and tag clouda and put in sidebar.

    but they are not showing.

    not showing where?
    not in the dashboard?
    not on the site?

    post the names and download links of those plugins.

    are you aware that Twenty Eleven is not showing the sidebar in single posts and pages?

    btw: consider to create a child theme of Twenty Eleven – https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Child_Themes – you are risking to loose all customisations with the next upgrade.
