• Backup job is set to TAR gzip.

Job runs without an error and the file size seems right.

Downfile the file and attempt to decompress. Have used 7-zip 9.20 and WinZip 15.5. The gzip file decompresses to the Tar file.

Try to decompress Tar file and get this error in WinZip: Error reading header after processing 452 entries.

7-zip gives the error: Cannot open file [file path] as archive.

    Using 2.1.11 of BackWPup

This is happening on two completely different installations (not the same server or server config).

What log file do you mean? I only have access to error logs on one server and no errors appeared.

    Fixed the problem.

Was getting this error in my error_log file:

PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library ‘/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613/memcache.so’ – /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613/memcache.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0

parsekit.so and memchache.so were missing from the path:

    /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613/

I installed them and restarted Apache.

No more error messages and my TAR file decompress properly.

    Thanks!
