Show more files in windows

  • It is universal for me, but specifically how can I show my graphic file list in media library 100 at a time rather than 10 at a time. Many other areas I find I would like to increase also. Can’t find it in the codex because I dont know the correct terms.

  • If you look at the top right of the Admin screens, you will see a tab labeled ‘Screen Options’. Click on that and set the number of items to a larger number.

    I dont see any ITEMS in screen options. I see columns! ??

    Let me be more specific.
    When I am in UPLOAD/IMPORT I want the gallery or media library to show 100 file names instead of 10. Or allow me to choose how it is listed, like by name or date…

    Sorry, you said ‘file list in media library` and that is what my reply addressed. I do not know of a way to increase the number of images shown in UPLOAD/IMPORT.
