Fusion theme bio information not working

I’m using the theme Fusion with my wordpress-hosted site. Suddenly, the bios at the top of the articles stopped working. They no longer show pic/bio info. I haven’t changed anything, so I’m assuming a template problem? Any idea on how to fix it?

The error message says “This user hasn’t shared any biographical information”.
