hide posts NSFW?

    How can i make some posts more private but not with a password?

    I run a blog. I post allot of videos and pictures.
    Some pictures and videos are not safe for work, children or wifes ??

    Therefor i want these post linked for exampel to a special category to be noticed as NSFW or special and the reader needs to activly open them.

    How can i do this?
