[Plugin: Sweet Captcha – Free designed captcha service] using sweet captcha in template file

How can I use sweetcaptcha on a custom template file. I have a custom form on that template and I am calling echo sweetcaptcha_shortcode();.
but it is not working it shows the captcha but the captcha does not works. I am not able to move items.Please help.
