    Were you able to solve this issue ? and also for some reason I am unable to see the question numbers itself. Did you face that issues ?

    no I never got any help on here for these issues. I guess I would have to delete the questions and start over to get the order right. Sorry, wish I could be more helpful.

    Thank you very much for the response. But you are able to see the question (serial numbers) right ? I just see the red astrick indicating its mandatory and no question/serial number.
