trackbacks, how to turn them off

  • I get loads of track back on my site and i was wondering if there was a way to turn them off??

    I have turned pingback and trackbacks off in the setting on admin but still getting loads of trackbacks!

    is a trackback actually someone posting to my comments on my site trying to build links??
