[Plugin: WP AD Gallery] How to exclude a post image from gallery?

    Hello,

    Very nice plugin. It would be great if I could exclude the featured image from the gallery. Is that possible and how could I do that?

    Hi Ariane,

    Of course you can exclude image from the gallery. Just add image attachment IDs at Exclude Attachment IDs input form on Shortcode Editor.

    To find image attachment ID, find the image you want to exclude at Media page then Edit your image. Take a look at url and you will find the image attachment ID.

    example:

    https://www.yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/media.php?attachment_id=1812&action=edit

    To exclude more than 1 image just add comma separate.

    I already understood I can exclude images by ID. What I meant was something else. I use the shortcode in the template file so it will show the images of every post automatically. It also shows the featured image and I would like it to show all images attached to the post without the featured image, or, if that is impossible, show all images exept the last one.

    Sorry, it’s not possible on this version. Hope i can add this feature for next update.
