• Has anyone recently (since 23. May) experienced a WP site corruption/ downing with host domain.com? My site went down a week ago and after several calls with their customer service and escalating the issue (initially name servers renamed, then no access to WordPress installation) I was informed today that there had been a corruption caused by a rogue WP plugin, which caused ‘many’ of their hosted sites including mine to be rendered useless and in need of deletion and subsequent rebuilding. So I am starting with a new installation and restoration file, a long process with a 50+ page multilingual site, https://fluidenglish.com

On the 23rd domain.com announced by email that they were undergoing a software transition to a new improved control panel. Curious that this immediately preceded the above corruption by a WP plugin. I have my doubts. Anyone?

I am still awaiting a written explanation from them.

If they ever send me the info on the plugin I will sent to www.ads-software.com So far they haven’t released any information on what happened. I have three weeks before annual host renewal and am considering changing hosts as my new WordPress installation is also now inaccessible the past three days.
