Hard code link in my site navigation?

    I am using Morning After theme. I have a navigation menu, but I want to hard code a list item – e.g. below – into my navigation list.

    <li><a href="/test">Test</a></li>

    But I can’t find out where it needs to go – I assume one of the php pages, but I just can’t find out where – please can someone advise?
