[Plugin: SimpleMap Store Locator] Search by name! URGENT!!

Hi,

I’m using Simple Map and I want to add field which will be searchable by Name, Company, Tags …. I see on the screenshot that this options is available but I don’t know how to integrate. I have added field Name in my back-end but it is not functional, I’m adding in the same way as the street or zip code fields are integrated but nothing happens.

The main reason that I choose Simple Map was this kind of option that I have seen on your WordPress official download page where there is only one field for searching and you can input ether Name, Zip, Street, Country ….

Can you give me some source code or some detail explanation for how to do it.
