[Plugin: All-in-One Event Calendar] How to manually insert the agenda widget with php ?

    echo do_shortcode('[ai1ec view="agenda"]');

    thks for your answer amax2222, i did not think about the do_shortcode. Unfortunatelly, i can’t get it to work. Do i need to call something else before the <?php echo do_shortcode('[ai1ec view="agenda"]'); ?> ? Anyway it’s just what i was looking for, a simple way to manually add the widget. Hope i’m just missing something …

    Has anybody succeded to display the All-in-One Event Calendar widget with echo do_shortcode('[ai1ec view="agenda"]'); ?
    Or is there another way to do this ?

    I am having this same problem. I need to use a variable as the shortcode argument, but could not even get do_shortcode() to work using the same exact shortcode that works when entered into a post.

    Hi everyone,

    Unfortunately the do_shortcode function is not yet a feature, however we plan to add it in a future release. In the meantime, you can insert shortcodes in blog posts. Here is a list of the shortcodes:
