Request for Plugin.

Hi,
I want a plugin where user can agree his “TERMS And CONDITIONS” ON the Login Form, I used Plugin https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/terms-of-use-2
https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/bp-privacy/None worked, 2nd one worked. But when i check the checkbox, Page get refresh and stay on the same page.
Please suggest me with a good plugin. Where user should agree my “Terms and Condition” in the registration page.
