What is this MB of Javascript doing?

I’m trying to get my site to load faster, and checked gtmetrix.com for the first time. It gave me a 63%, and the top item listed was to defer Java. I can’t figure out how to do that easily (I’m not a coder), so I figured maybe I can remove the plugin running the majority of the offending code.
