Mixfolio: how do I remove 'recent work' categories?

Hi – does anyone know how to remove the ‘recent work’ categories on the Mixfolio theme? It appears as “Recent Work:All / Blog / Ocean / Portfolio /” on the demo page, in mine I have managed get only a couple of words in the box, but I would like to remove the whole box completely. Does anyone know which php file where this information is stored so that I can go and delete it? Huge thanks to anyone with the knowledge!
