Background image

  • Background image is stretched as long as the length of the page. The setting is adjusted as ’tiles’, so when the page length exceeds the image height the image should repeat itself, right? But it doesn’t. On a very long post page the image is so stretched and so zoomed that almost the pixels of the image can be seen. There is no setting in the theme options for this.

    Any suggestions?

  • Either the theme is doing this or a plugin? Can you try switching to TwentyTen and see if that fixes it? If it does then there’s something in the theme. If not, then deactivate all of your plugins and reactivate them one by one to see what’s going on.

    Yes, I have tried TwentyTen and background repeats itself.. So, you are right about theme’s settings. but since I barely understand html coding I think I can’t fix this on my own.. and I like this theme very much.

    I think I’ll forward the topic to the theme’s creator. Thank you for your support!
