    I think this is a bug where the plugin is trying to detect a referer. I can’t say for sure since I can’t replicate it on my blog.

    Can you please tell me the plugins you have installed?

    It’s definitely being generated by the plugin.

    You can try one option to disable this error.

    Please delete the line (160) in where-did-they-go-from-here.php which has the text

    where_go_count.onError = function() { alert('Ajax error' )};

    Your welcome. This may crop up in a future release, but I’ll most probably comment out this line.

    Hello,

    I faced the problem of same “Ajax error” as this.
    This error takes place, when it changes to URL which starts in “https://.”
    They are pages, such as “Cart” and “Contact us.”
    And, I tried the solution read on this page.
    When giving this method, the message of “Ajax error” stopped appearing.
    But it has not resulted in fundamental solution.
    The address bar of a browser “Chrome” has still shown the warning of an error.
    In addition, when not using “Where did they go from here”, an error does not take place.
    Is there any method of solution?

    Thanks in advance.

    This must be because of the https as you detected.

    I am not in a position to test the plugin under an https environment
