How to know if my theme is good for selling?

  • Hi, I just finished my first theme that I made from scratch.
    What I’d like to know is how do I know if it’s good enough for selling? I meant technically. Is there any websites etc that search if I got all the files? How do I do testing if the page is even working probably?
    Also how do I put it in .rar file so that people can upload it?
