[Plugin: Contact Form 7] field title in CF7 email

How can I get the email submission from CF7 to show the answer of what they filled out AND the field title.
i.e. instead of “joe” i want it the email to me to show “first name: joe” so i can distinguish between first/last name, mobile/home phone number, etc.
